UUC SS. clutch line,.........What do I do with the CDV. bracket????

Hey jus tried to install my SS. clutch line from UUC. but the bracket that holds the CDV. (I removed my CDV already) the bracket opening is to big an the new SS. clutch line jus pulls right through it.

There is a rubber grommet and metal bracket attached to the hard line attached to the clutch slave cylinder. The new SS. line nut is much smaller in diameter then the old rubber line nut and now it just pulls through the bracket/rubbber grommet hole.

What do I do?

Remove the bracket completely and just screw the new SS. straight into the hard line until it completely bottoms out...................Nut to Nut?????????? that can;t be right?

You might have better luck putting this in the Tech forum.
