ecs tuning?
hi guys,
just wondering if anybody has gone though a warranty claim with ecs before? i am currently having a hard time with there useless customer service reps. anyone else have issues or is this a one off? thanks nick |

I've had decent responses from their CS keep in mind the time difference so you won't get instant responses.
My issue was for wrong parts sent, not warranty though.

How did you go with this nick? I just received my smg gear cover but they sent me the lhd version... This is the second thine they did this now. You would think they know to send rhd items for Australia:screwy:

I have dealt with ECS for years and are excellent but sell only LHand drive parts you have to check your part numbers and if there is a difference in the part number you have to get from a Country which has RH drive cars.
Toby at BMMINIPARTS.COM in the UK only sell OEM are excellent as well as small parts can be delivered as low as $13 aus and same price and in most cases cheaper than the big OEM parts mobs in the USA

Was shipped two left disc brakes and ECS took care of it quite promptly by sending me the corresponding right side.

it has all been sorted now and very quickly. im a little disapointed that it took the forum rep to get it done(thankyou by the way) but the end result was a good one.
i will still be buying from ecs despite this incident because they are still the best as far as im concerned, i have worked in almost every position in the same feild as these guys so i do understand mistakes happen, i just hope they will be a little more on the ball next time. thankyou |
