is being fat hurting anyone? if it raises health insurance rates, then tax the soda and fast food and send that money to pay for the fatty health care costs. problem solved. you're welcome. what's next america?

Keep your laws off my body and your laws out of my bedroom, the dining room is fine though.

If i'm not mistaken, Now that this has been passed. Living in New York City isn't it a bigger fine to have a large soda than to have an ounce of weed? If i'm not mistaken, it is

I somewhat agree with you, though, but there are some people who do have genetic issues.....a small minority of people. A majority of obese people are fat because they're lazy and eat **** food.

I saw this on the nightly news. It's so stupid. So basically all you have to do know is ask for a free refill. If I'm eating something spicy I need more than 12oz.

Man people are gonna be laughing more at Bloomberg.

I don't know what you guys are talking about, fat people have a rare genetic disease. Not nice to make fun of them.

Oh you mean the "Health Board" that was created by Bloomberg who then appointed his buddies to? Yeah it's a real mystery how that one got through.

It just don't get where it ends. When are they going to ban sandwiches that are over 300 calories, and containers that hold more than a single serving of french fries?

I was going to create this thread when it passed figured I'd wait for one to build to see where people stand.

The restaurant association and a slew of other groups will be filing suit within the month. This will be held unconstitutional and thrown out. Bloomberg should get a few forms of cancer....the 20oz variety.

So genetics is only a legitimate answer when it supports the issue you're whining about?

How many times have you told us how many calories you have to eat to gain weight? Good to see that your standards only apply to other people.
