Help removing convertible top

Anyone up for learning how to remove the convertible top? I have to completely remove mine to get at the main lift cylinders. Looks straightforward:
- remove rear interior (easy, lots of DIYs)
- disconnect hydraulic lines (easy)
- disconnect electrical (super easy)
- remove top cover (4 bolts)
- unbolt top from mounts (8 nuts, 2 require removing the rear interior )
- remove main lift cylinders (a couple clips/pins)
- send the cylinders out to be rebuilt ($110 vs $350)

I just need an extra set of hands to lift the top out. It'd be a great learning experience for anyone with a vert that may eventually need to service it.

I'm thinking of tackling it Sept 28-30 as I don't have a free weekend till then.
