Khoalty clear side markers turned yellow

I know this is common, but I just wanted opinions. I bought clear side markers from Khoalty about a year ago and they started yellowing probably just 8 months into it. Is that just the way it is and I need to suck it up and give them my money again for another set?

I sent them an email last week and still have not heard back. I just don't want to pay 50 to 100% more for an OE set. This time I am going to go with smoked so I wouldn't have the problem again.

what do you think?

Buy OEM, I did after I got fed up with the DEPO side markers. Corner lights are next.

Is there a UV blocking clear coat or plastic laminate that can prevent this?

There should be, but I doubt it will hold up. Will the coat prevent the depo side markers from condensing?

I put a coat of wax on my headlight lenses and side markers everytime I wash it, will it help? Who knows but it can't hurt

I've had my depo side markers for 3 years now and they're finally showing a little bit of yellowing...my car is never garaged too.
