Angel eyes/ halos
I have angel eyes hids on my 99 e46 and one of my headlights halos went out help im not good with electronics

No such thing as angel eye hids.
They're either CCFL with a ballast on each side or LED which has only wiring. I assume you have CCFL so just buy a Umnitza Orion lites from umnitza.com
