By choosing the S model, you are probably one-upping 60% of all other carrera owners.

Some-upmanship is required.

But extra charge for painted crests on the wheels? Are they hand-painted by uber-hot German girls in dirndls?

So you're upset that a manufacturer will mod your car for you instead of your aftermarket manufacturer doing it???

Well said.

Speaking of which, reminds me of my run today. In the first few minutes of the run there was a bit of agitation from the bouncing and what not, and I was like SMALLER! SMALLER!

*stared at the ground and tried to play it cool as I ran by a lady going the opposite direction on the trail*

From a powertrain standpoint, yes. Why can't they be like Ferrari? I think there are more 911 variants than Ferrari's entire model portfolio.

LOL, you're really pushing this argument. There comes a certain price point to where you think "Really? Extra for that? Just throw the damn thing in." The option would be a color delete at no charge.

I don't understand that since it's not like the 911 is a massive disappointment. I'm sure it's a good car. But there's a slightly better one. And a slightly better one than that. And a slightly better one at that. And another one that's better still. If you don't think that's good, then GREAT NEWS, we have another one. And what do people do when they buy this absolute-knock-your-panties-off version? They mod it anyway.

Albeee just wants there to be one or two types of 911

Like: 911, 911S, and maybe a 911 GT3 or something
