Agency Power V2 Exhaust or Magnaflow Catback exhaust?

I'm looking to get an exhaust for my '03 M3 Vert. I haven't done any major modifications to it. I'm going to install cold air intake this weekend but I'm also looking to get more horsepower and a better sound by upgrading my exhaust.

Which would you get, and why?

Are you considering any other systems besides those two? We have had great luck and amazing feedback from the Rogue Engineering "El Diablo" exhaust! Its got a super clean look with a perfect fit and great tone. You even have the option of adding the Rasp Pipes and the X-Pipe if you want to complete the cat-back exhaust.
