My Ride: 2001 BMW 330xi
anyone knows if I can run EU2 on my prefacelift 330xi? my cats efficiency is below threshold. I hate to look at the CEL.
also what kind of transmission I can use. I looked everywhere and there is only one version.

Do you have catless headers? I think xi trannys are different from non xi models due to the awd. But not sure

no I just have very old cats. the CEL comes and goes and the codes says cat efficiency below threshold.

It'll remap your throttle so you'll get a better response. It turns of Secondary Air Pump/Catalyst monitoring.
I wouldn't really go through all the trouble to get it reflashed EU2 on a stock car.
