What is the difference between these 2 rear rotors?

Can someone tell me why these two sets of rear rotors are a different price? What's the difference?

I just called and they said they're both oem BMW. One is cheaper because of the dealer they bought them from sold them for cheaper.

They are both BMW performance 320x22 drilled Rear rotors for the E46 330. They are both genuine BMW parts.

The set found HERE, are in stock and as stated we got a nice deal on them and we are passing the savings on to you.

The set found HERE come from our BMW parts network and are not in stock here at ECS and are also full price.
