WTT: 03 Evolution VIII for E46 M3

Hello all, I am considering trading my Evolution for another M3. I used to own a Laguna Seca Blue E46 but ended up selling it because it had a R-Title and I did not want to dump a ton of money into a car with a branded title, so after it was sold I went out and bought a 2003 Evo VIII. The car is CLEAN TITLE/CARFAX, currently has 105k on her, is my daily driver so mileage will rise almost daily. Car is lightly modded with only bolt-on mods, motor and turbo are stock, car was never modified and returned to stock. The mods are as follows, larger XS Power front mount intercooler, ETS piping, ETS intake, Agency Power blow-off valve, turbo back exhaust, fully adjustable Cusco coilover suspension with electronic shock dampening ($$), Greddy turbo timer, and Perrin short shifter. Car is also blacked out with 5% tint all around, tinted taillights, wheels painted black, thats it.

The car is in good shape with no major imperfections, the brakes and tires are in good shape, car was recently inspected in PA in April, car runs and drives flawlessly with no hesitations or issues. I recently changed the oil with Mobile-1 Synthetic, has had a recent tune up with plugs and wires, mechanically sound automobile, reliability is key.

The negatives of the car are as follows: Hood has some small dents and paint chipped from a vandal, I was planning on replacing with a carbon fiber hood, its not terrible but it is there. The windshield has a crack about 1 foot long on the passengers side. Has a few dings and dents here and there, typical daily wear on a 100k, daily driven car. Nothing big, as I would call them "parking lot dents."

I am looking to trade ONLY for an E46 M3 6 spd. I'd rather have a coupe than convert, but i'd be interested in either body style. MUST be CLEAN title with no accidents, no washed titles, no mileage issues, I want a clean car. I am looking to perform a STRAIGHT trade, no cash from either parties, title for title. I know what my Evo is worth and I know what a clean early E46 is worth, around the same ball park. If something comes along something comes along, if not I will keep trying or keep this car and sell it for an M3 later down the road.

I would REALLY like another Laguna Seca Blue car too...

Anyhow, here are some photos of the car, if anyone is interested please email me e46mbm@yahoo.com or call/text me at 570-856-5011, my name is Matt. Thank you!

Extremely clean. Would you be willing to sell for cash instead of trade? If so how much are you looking for?
