I paid 5000 for mine with 120,000 miles. It Has a few of the same issues sainluk has rear struts feel like Crap. One of my pulleys crys on cold starts too. I didn't think that a 328i still runs for 7K though

$2,400/year seems very high. how many years of ownership are included in this estimate ?
