Seriously, would it be that difficult to have a live updating weather icon? That was the one that bugged me the most.

You didn't get my point... smoke/mirrors "solved" the problem, why expose the company to potential law suites by admitting fault?
The Map thing... he felt personally responsible. Map won't be fixed for a while. Easy to reproduce. He took extreme PR measures (by Apple standards): admit fault and apologize.

Settings>notifications>messages>Repeat alert> choose how many times you want it to re-alert you.

Ah alright I see. They did face a class action lawsuit though, hence the free bumper cases or $15.

True that there's no quick fix for maps though like a bumper case was for the antenna. Google spent a decade building their product. Acknowledging and apologizing was probably the best call

Mine synced with iCloud. If you create a restore point in iTunes, that works too.

Finally took my iPhone 5 out of the box today (had it since the 21st) after my Incipio DualPro arrived in the mail. All I can say right now is that, coming from an iPhone 4, it's an absolute world of difference.
