So, I made a topic about this with a lot less understanding than I have now, so what I'm asking is...

I have angel eye's around my high beams and low beams, which you can see in my signature but they're only on every once in a while, I can't figure out when they turn on or how to turn them on. Any insight on this would be appreciated.

Long story short, I want to be able to turn on my angel eyes.

The only time I can really get them to come on is when I lock the car, sometimes they flash real fast one time.

How they work all depends on how you or whoever wired them in. They're not a factory feature, so it'll all be guesses.

Find someone local who can wire them as your DRLs/footwell lighting. Either or depending on what you want out of them.

Exactly, the only way to find out is to backtracked the wiring to find out the trigger.
