Check your usage via the settings.. what is the usage and standby time? My phone right now has 1 hour 30 minutes of usage, and 64% of battery left. The usage was super light too, just a few emails and few quick phone calls. Pretty sure I have a faulty battery or something.

Today I used my phone a lot. I streamed iheartradio for 3 hours through my Bluetooth, played games, 4 FaceTime calls, regular phone calls, and had my Bluetooth connected all day.

Also am in DC tonight so I got to experience LTE for the first time and wow it makes a huge difference.

First off let me tell you all that I love all my Apple products till now.
Second : My 5 pixelates on the screen, keys get stuck and keep flashing, I baby my phone and the back got marks already, when I stream bluetooth it cuts out when I touch the phone. Enuff said I just reactivated my 4s I never thought I would be saying this but in my eyes the phone is a big disappointment, oh and did I mention to go back or hit the done button its difficult on the top right and left corner with the larger display. I still wont buy an android product but you all cant tell me especially those who have had a 4 or 4s this phone is nothing build wise as its predecessor.

The rattling is the lock button. Have you guys really not figured that out? Any case with a rubber cover/insert for the button will dampen the noise. Put your finger on the lock button then tap the screen. It won't rattle. You do have to hold the button pretty firmly though.

My less than 24 hours old, fresh out of the box phone slipped out of my pocket while I was sitting on the front steps, fell THREE INCHES onto the step and cracked the screen. FML

One of my old co-workers called me to say that they got an iPhone 5. I was so happy for her because for the past 8yrs I had been painstakingly looking for a phone for her. Most of the Motorola Razr phones claimed that they could talk but that feature was only for announcing who's number was selected in the Contacts. Samsung has some features but it takes so long to navigate. You would be better off handing your phone to someone else. So, Apple has been bridging that gap for years. On the Macs the VoiceOver feature rocks. They have it in the iPhones too since day one. Now it's even better with Siri. I played around with it in the Apple store to see if it would pick up in a loud room. Yup! it was on point. The visually impaired can also use braille type and send to a braille printer.

When you turn on VoiceOver on your iPhone it gives you more swiping features. I thought it was cool that you can use the 3 finger swipe or a thumb swipe to navigate. I know some people will say that they don't need these features. imo that puts the iPhone 5 ahead of any mobile phone to date.

I played with the Map app last night and remembered something. The old Map App messed up too. On both I tried to go to a friends house that is over 25yrs old, which shouldn't be an issue. Well on both maps it gave me the wrong info. #imjustsayin

Thanks for sharing this link. I would have had no idea if you hadn't posted it and I ordered 3 of them ($108+taxes in activation fees). I just got off the phone with AT&T and they said they would remove the charges if I call in again on the next billing cycle.

I ordered them on Sept 21st and they haven't been shipped yet. It still says processing in the order status.

I was going to order through AT&T on the 14th, but Paypal did not transfer the money to my checking fast enough. Because of that I went to the Apple store early Friday morning. I'm very happy I did!

When you get it, it will be worth it! Just avoid this thread until you get it...

My 3gs and 5 both rattle even if I am holding down the lock button.. It is something else, but it doesn't bother me..
