My Ride: 320 CD Sport Cabrio
Drop Top Protection ??

Hi All,

Been a long time but im back as an E46 nut, yes I went a long time without as I sold my previous 330CD Sport but I just picked up my nice new 320CD Sport Cabrio M-Tech last friday.

My question is as this is my first ever drop top naturally I want to be able to keep it in tip top condition. Now seeing as I live in the UK where its notoriously bad for wet/damp conditions I want to protect the roof as best as I can.

I have bought a top half cover to use when the bad weather arrives but want to get some recomendations for sealant/protection to keep the roof immaculate anyway. I have come accross turtle wax, autoglym, and 303 which appears to be used for marine/boat canvas roofs but so far looks great for water not prenetrating it, which in your opinion is the best/easiest to apply and provides the best water resistance/sealing?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, apologies if this has been asked before as I did do a search in the forum but could not find a thread similar in question.
