Hi

New member from Manchester UK. I have just got my Topaz blue 325ci sport (manual). Its really good condition, looked after and I love driving it.

Got a couple of jobs to do:

1. Hedgehog (seen the How 2's - tackling this at weekend.)
2. Rear window switch broke on the test drive. The plastic lug snapped - salvage switch pack (£10) ordered from ebay.
3. New windscreen needed after crack from stone thrown up by over zealous motorway user (grrr)
4. Slight wear on drivers bolster - just needs treating.

Hoping my ownership and membership here is going to be a happy one.

Well got round to sorting all my jobs and this is the end result. Just fitted the new matt black grille and angel eyes - all bodywork sorted and polished.

Really pleased with the car - and when it s nice I am out on my R1!

I thought I was pretty worldly, you know.. because I watch Top Gear, but what is a Hedgehog and/or a bolster.. I know windscreen, and like bonnet and stuff.. but those I don't know.

Thanks! The hedgehog is the final stage resistor that controls the speed of the heater fan. The seat bolster is the side bit that wears when you get in and out!

Really pleased with the car now its all tidy - looking forward to a long time of BM ownership. Have to admit I wont have anything else now and I have had about 40 different cars in my 20 year driving!
