Nav help!!!

Hi i just bought a bmw 328ci 1999 a few weeks ago and am just learning how they work.
anyways, last night i got into my car put new cds in my stacker in the boot and got into my car and tried to play them. my screen is stuck in the menu with the options on board computer, nav, tv and monitor off. the "mode" button to change it to tape player cd radio etc will not work neither will any of the other buttons?(i dont know if they did do anything before you got into cd player menu. tv works just not the buttons to get into menu ? please help lol!!
Ive disconnected the battery for 4 minutes and plugged it back in and it doesnt work?

Then i pulled fuse 7, 41 left them out for 20 minutes put them back in and doesnt work?

Tried pulling fuse 7 and 41 again and while there out put the keys in ignition turn them to 2 take the keys out put fuses back in and tried again and nothing works!!?!
please help if you can would be appreciated so much

I have done it all man. A month of trying every single option out there to fix the unit and nothing. Last night was the last time I am going to take everything apart. Now It is time for something new. I just cant decide which way to go. Dynavin, (droid or wince) Aftermarket, etc...there are hundreds of people with the same problem and most are fixed by the reset. Mine on the other hand cannot. There goes the suspension refresh.
