my traps have grown more from Standing over hear press and cleans more than shrugs ever made them. I love it. Always wanted bigger traps and I'm glad they're improving.

No.
The difference between tool and not is whether or not the pictures are of anything impressive. Quote:

I thought of you guys tonight while I was at the gym and witnessed this (..videotaped on the sneak tip, super saiyan creeper status....LOL!)....
Notice his rapid shrugging......destined to result in some HUGE traps. He really thought that he was doing the business too. That was his 5th set!

Update in Dave-land: I may have developed Celiac's. It runs in my family and I am currently presenting symptoms. We'll see. If anything, this would force me to stay away from a lot of carbs (which would be good for the abs.)

Pure luck. Well, it depends on if you have the gene for it. Having a close family member greatly increases your chances. My paternal grandfather had an extreme case of it. It can onset quickly, as little as 2-3 weeks.
I have been specifically gluten-free for about twelve hours and am feeling good today. It's not guarantee that I have Celiac's (might just be stress, ulcer, IBS, etc) but I might stick to this sort of diet even if I don't end up having Celiac's.
