4 pm the day before your court date is a fantastic time to start preparing.

Lawyer up.
This.

If the state has evidence you were doing 81 and you present evidence that you couldn't be going that fast from a standstill in the distance involved, any judge with half a brain is just going to assume you rolled the stop sign.

He already knows you were excessively speeding, how big a leap is it for him to decide you maybe don't come to a complete stop at every stop sign?

At the instant the cop radared you, what speed did your speedometer show?

You don't know because you didn't look, otherwise you would have said so already.

The judge is going to have a "professional" traffic enforcement officer/radar gun operator on one side presenting specific, objective information that you were going 81, and you on the other side saying "I don't know how fast I was going, but I know it wasn't 81."

A few pages from the interwebs showing the acceleration times for your car won't be enough to save your bacon on this one.

If you can get it rescheduled so you can get a lawyer, IMHO that's your best move.

IANAL

Get lawyer, try to make agreement with judge to pay all fines and fees and do whatever you may need in exchange for keeping your license. And you fvcked up pleading not guilty

Your defense has a snowball's chance in hell of working. Go ahead and tell the judge that it's impossible to go that fast from a dead stop at that sign. know what he's going to say next? "Provide proof that you stopped."

So you're entire defense against a trained officer and the laws of physics rests solely on something that you can't prove. Sounds terrible to me.

Get a lawyer. Either way you're going to pay royally.
