port and polish wont do any good unless you have a extensive bench flow done .. our heads dont flow past 6500 rpm

cams are pricey but i love mine. pulleys are worthless , all of them !

This is a daily driver and I want to have fun with it but I also don't think I'll keep it forever. These cars are expensive to mod even if going with bolt ons and suspension, then wheels and bla bla bla. Not cheap. An SRT-4 with $1000 into it will make almost 300whp, an EVO 350, $1000 in a 3 gets me 0hp and a new sound... Kinda depressing lol.

you can get headers and have them installed for a lot less then 1000 and that will make power guaranteed.

Headers by themselves not worth it. But an srt4 is a p.o.s dodge car in the end not a quality driving machine. Depends if u just like quarter mile or the whole experience. And i beat the stage 3 cobalt, An acura with slicks, camaro ss, srt8 charger and challenger. A hyundai pony could beat our m3's with enough power but i wouldnt want it and doubt it could rail corners at 160mph too good. Doesnt really sound like you like rwd fun if your talking american fwd. each to there own i guess

Lmao says the guys who does not own a srt4!! I have a stage 3 running 26lbs. 480hp on a 2900lb car. And what kind of ride do you have that hits 160 on a turn?!

You're not beating camaro ss or SRT anything with your car. You're also not hitting 160 mph in the straights let alone a corner. Whoever told you that your car is the ultimate driving machine is lying and I own a 330.

Haha. Yep . My e46 m3 governs at 168 mph in 5th. I cant say who would take corners at that speed.lol. I did beat those cars but of course it was the driver.lol. I run 13.56 stock. I know it wouldnt compare to 26lb boost, funny talk though

You're not making any sense, quit now youre digging yourself deeper. You're not going to take a 480whp SRT-4 period, a friend of mine ran a 13.1 with just a wastegate actuator and cat/resless exhaust with drag radials... that is under 275whp.
