He distanced himself from the guy the Right was pinning on him to drag him down?

Ugh... claiming that you barely know the man isn't distancing yourself. And to label it that is nothing more than you lying to yourself about their connection.

Obama was close with him. He had him to his house, supported his church, and celebrated his rhetoric (like shown in this recent video)... he then claimed he barely knew the man when it become politically expedient. He didn't "distance himself".. he lied about it (chronically) like a typical chicago politician.

Kind of like lying about NOT being the CEO of Bain Capital since 1999, and then having nothing to say when documents from the early 2000's surface with your SIGNATURE on them as CEO. That kind of distancing one's self?

Posthumously baptized with 7AM door bell ringing ceremony every day and it doesn't stop until you answer the door to a sea of Mormons. Then you must answer each one politely and courtesy or it starts all over again. I'd rather burn in hell, then be subject to that type of hell.
