lol, i was thinking the same thing when i saw that but only one of those constants effects the period. Cool concept of beats like ^ he said though, never really thought of that

So basically the Egyptians used a binary system, pretty cool. My fortran teacher made us learn binary along with all the operators but was an awful teacher. The way that guy did it makes it so simple.

Do you guys think this would look the same if watching it with a naked eye and not a video that runs at a crappy FPS? I think that has a lot to do with it.

It'll look exactly the same, it's not an effect of the frame rate, it has to do with the periods of the pendula (if you're talking about the first video)
