I hear that there is going to be a mass posthumous baptism of the dinosaurs that gave their bodies for our gasoline. This, alone, should drop the price of gas!

Crap. Around here it's $3.73 right now. Our gas will fluxuate by $.30 a day and its typically close to the most expensive in the nation.

Yeah I'm not really sure why it's so "cheap" around here right now. Typically Chicago area and SoCal are the most expensive in the country.

The fact that someone can be talked into believing that whole story is terrifying and hilarious at the same time.

I just stopped looking or caring, you're going to pay it anyways.
Also gas is cheap depending on what you compare it to, in Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, UK it's $8.00+ a gallon and some places in Europe over $9/gal. And sure it's expensive compared to Venezuela, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Libya, where you can get a gallon of gas for under a Dollar.... but do you really want to live there? Because profits. FTR the president has very little direct control over gas prices other than issuing drilling permits and stuff like that. It wasn't Bush's fault then and it isn't Obama's fault now...but does anyone here remember how it was BUSH AND HIS OIL CRONIES jacking up the prices back in the day to gouge the American consumer?
I remember it, and it was retarded. Glad the other side agrees with me finally. That being said, prices are super high. I can't believe it is getting zero media attention. Ok I can believe it because people will blame Obama for it like they did Bush and the media can't let that happen. Gas prices were front page stories for months when Bush was in office. That being said, I need to ditch the 3.5 for a 4 banger.

Premium (91) right now in Denver is $3.79 / Or $4.09 if you insist on Shell. Gas prices have dropped ~$0.10 here over the past couple weeks. I wonder what the difference is?
