Ever bought anything online and never charged?

So I bought some supplements and crap from this website, cart added up to just under $200, well my package came today after about 5 days, well I hoped online to see if I had been paid threw direct deposit yet, and woah that $200 is still there, not a pending charge or anything, wahoo! Anyone have this happen to them?

lmao delete the thread, i bet one of the haters will email the site and tell them to check orders just below $200

It should come up... sometimes companies batch their credit sales at the end of the week.

Is your pending balance lower then actual balance? Credit card machine might only settle once a week.

I would call them and be honest and repay.

I've never had this happen to me. But I would feel bad knowing that I had gotten something for nothing.

I purchased a $1000 TV from amazon, they emailed me and said it was out of stock and refunded me the money. A couple of days later the TV showed up. I called them and sent it back (had already purchased it locally). Call me a good guy I guess...

Bought some shirts from Charles Thrwhitt. When you place an order they send you an email with the date it should be delivered by. Five days after the date, I call to explain I never received the shirts. They say they can only refund the money because the shirts I ordered are sold out. I get the money back on my credit card and two days later the shirts arrive. I felt kinda sh!tty afterwards but I got over it.

Wow you guys are really nice... who cares. It is their mistake for sending it out incorrectly! I hope you guys understand that these big companies will at some point see the inventory missing and just take it as a loss and use it as a tax right off anyways. Might as well just take advantage of the situation.

Now if it was some small mom and pop company then thats different, and I would be honest about the situation but these big companies I could careless. Like Amazon, etc.

We just said what we would do. Nobody jumped on the OP or insulted him.

Okay, so what if you purchased and paid for 1 order, and the company shipped out 2?

Morality police need not respond, I'm curious of the legal responsibilities of the buyer (if any).
