Nook tablet, non-hacked as an android tablet yet. It does what I want it for which is a supplement to heavy text books.

Wife has whatever the latest and greatest Nook is. Other than getting to the apps for the kids to bang around on, I haven't used it at all....don't really understand the fascination.

10" toshiba thrive. i love that it has full size usb/hdmi/sdcard but it was a nightmare waiting for ICS, thankfully it did come.

if you are going the android route, 10" ~> Asus, 7" ~> Nexus7
