I looked under my car to make sure there wasn't any more coolant and I find that out of the 10 screws holding the under tray up, 3 were screwed in, 4 were missing and they didn't bother screwing in the other 3. Wow. Just wow.

All 10 were there and screwed in before. I got under the car and took it off to sop up the coolant, then screwed everything in minus the 4 missing screws.

I also checked to make sure that it was just the ET cap, and it was. All of the coolant came from the front driver's side. Topped it off again since it cooled. 3/8ths of a gallon lost.

The SA said if he ever has another SULEV come in for service, he's going to give me a call I'm not sure that's a compliment when the service advisor is calling the customer to see what's warrantied
