This is gold! First time I've noticed this thread. Must say this could easily be a general BMW thread. I've done so many of these things in my E34 and E46. Dont know how many times I've slow rolled in-front of reflective building mirrors.

One more - get lost finding old industrial areas just to get that perfect pic with the ride.

Every night when I go upstairs to bed I open the door to the garage to check on my M3 to have one last look and I don't even notice the brand new Honda CRV right beside it.

When you get up early every morning for a week to watch and record the doves morning migration to there favorite watering hole just to avoid parking in there flight path, and go the same thing every sunset to watch and record there return flight path time window so you know when is safe to park you're car in its spot to prepare for the morning migration... I hate bird crap...

-you park away from everyone to avoid dings

-you look back at your car when walking away... Twice

-washing your car when it's going to rain or raining (I like this one haha)

-you try take other cars other than the e46 when it's raining

-you spend half your day on BMW forums or thinking about what parts you are going to buy

You still cruise with the windows down in 45 degree weather to hear the exhaust clearer

-you would go to hell and back for your car

-your gf hates how much you are obsessed with your car

God damnit! I thought I was the only one! I have a small bend/dent on the trim on my door (top right hand corner, between roof and B pillar). I thought thats what was causing my wind noise. Glad to know its not just my car.

You repeatedly press the lock button while walking away, just to make sure.

I don't have a girlfriend and don't like riding with the windows down, but I do everything else on this list! People think I'm insane.

Be careful - you will de-activate the tilt and interior motion sensors by pressing the lock button twice!

When you think the E46 is a supercar in par with Lambos and Ferraris after you drop a superchargered in it.
