I actually made out ok. I made a shake with 2 scoops of whey, a bunch of strawberries, and about 5oz of cashews.

P.S. You just created a monster. After a long night I just decided to stop by Chick-Fil-A on my way home. I have in my possession a chicken sandwich AND 24 nuggets.

I had about 3500 calories yesterday. It was tough but I did it. I also made Solly's chicken fajita in the crockpot for this girl last night. Props. It was gooood and I was rewarded accordingly

not sure what exact recipe he made.

It might be the shredded chicken tacos.

A bunch of chicken breast maybe like 2lbs or so. Maybe more.
jar of salsa
two taco seasoning packets
can of corn
can of black beans

Just throw it all in for like 8hrs or more. Not a big deal. Shred the chicken with two forks and then throw back in the crock pot and stir it up. It's pretty damn good and you just throw it on whole wheat wraps with some cheese.

That's the one. I had it with tacos and no cheese but just ended up eating it without tacos.

I will try this and report back. Any particular salsa brand that you'd recommend?

Haha thats actually really smart... hope nobody saw you lol.

Looks like this is turning into a food pics thread... I love food so I don't care.

My version of chicken fajitas for PWO meal last night... just a bunch of seasoning (cumin/chili powder/salt/garlic & onion powder/paprika/cayenne pepper)... I've put it in a fajita shell with sour cream, rice, salsa, avacado, shredded cheese and fresh tomatoes before too. Boiled the chicken, favorite way to cook it.

I know there is a food subforum, but I'd definitely have interest in a thread here for sharing solid working out / healthy recipes. I have tons to contribute.

Been trying to bulk since beginning of October. I'm 5'8" at 149-150 lbs and I lift 4-5 days a week. It's hard trying to get 3200 calories especially since I eat pretty clean. I started making homemade weight gainer shakes thus over 800+ calories lol

Need another 1000+ to finish the day!
