Congrats! A trainer friend of mine wanted to qualify for the nationals and killed the tahoe route in 2hrs 20mins. I don't know if I'd be excited to do this event on flat terrain. The tahoe route is literally from the bottom of a ski slope all the way to the top. Here is a vid from last year:

Thanks! I think my time would of been around that if it was at Devils head in WI like last year. I'd rather some elavation than that last one. If I had a mic on you would of heard constant b!tching about how boring it was. Oh well, time to put my money where my mouth is nd get signed up for the worlds on Nov.

I watched a girl walk out of the electroshock obstacle (the last one) and 5 yards from the finish line she went down. They thought she was cramping up and immediately starting forcing her leg and ankle back and rubbing it. The thing was, she actually tore her Achilles. I saw that calf muscle contract up into a ball. Not sure how much more damage they did trying to rub out her "cramp."

God, I couldn't imagine the pain of that. Some guy at the Wisconsin one last year broke his leg in the first 30 seconds of the race running down a hill. I'd rather take the risk than sit inside and not push myself.

Was just posted at Michigan International Speedway Should have done it through downtown Detroit, although very well could have had more people injured. We can talk about it as the date comes up, I'll prolly be staying in Royal Oak w/ my buddy.

I think that's awesome man.

I'l do one of them this year, haven't decided which one.

I signed up for the Boston one in May. I need to work on running, will do fine with other parts of the program.
