Do people actually like pick stitching?
So in my search for a new suit, I noticed that a huge amount of suits have pick stitching. I absolutely hate it, I think it makes the suit like it's from a bargain bin basement. Does anyone actually like that style?

Depends on the suit, material, color, and cut
And also how noticeably it is done Instead of pick stitching done just to be pick stitching I prefer the hand stitching that shows up just a bit [bimmer app/galaxy s3]

" A hand held needle&thread sewn in-and-out of cloth leaving an alternating thread, cloth, thread, cloth, area. Usually found on a lapel edge as well as other areas of a better quality suit coat. I have a black suit that has pin stitching. I like it. I think cheap suits that try to pull it off look really bad, but on a nicer jacket it looks fine.

Like this but some are more extreme than others.

Makes the suit look home made.

The word "there" can appear as a pronoun, as in “over there." "Their" is a possessive pronoun. In a phrase like “Susan and Bill's car,” it could be used to to make a new phrase: “their car.” ”They're” is a contraction of “they are.” “They are” should always be able to replace “they're.” ----------- Extra Credit: It's "I'm looking for an M3" not "I'm looking for a M3". ----------- |

Hand stitching that shows up looks amazing. Fake pick stitching looks awful.
Also, black suits are for funerals and the help.

I've seen some pictures on style blogs of high-end hand-stitched suits and pants that I thought looked terrible. It's cool that your suit was made entirely by hand, but if the stitching isn't even it makes me have OCD sobbing fits.

I like it. Well only on certain colors. I have it on a grey suit, but think it would good on a Khaki suit.

Yes. Tuxedos are exempt from this, but black is a poor choice. Navy and charcoal/gray are infinitely better choices.
Black is also good for priests, but I doubt we have many here.

I agree. I went for an interview at an IB the other day and another kid interviewing was wearing a black suit. I wished him well.
