I have the same thing and they told me I can't FaceTime using cellular network unless I switch over to a new data plan.

Did anyone else get their iCloud extended to 2013? Apple gave the MobileMe users 25GB of storage til Sept. 2013. I was like sweet, not extremely exited, but it was nice. Then I remembered I had been using .Mac/MobileMe since 200? When you had file sharing. Now there is no file sharing which sucks. That was the main reason I liked MobileMe. I could share huge files with other musicians using Macs and not worry about loss-ness of files and security was tight. So this makes up for all the money spent on MobileMe and time backing up to the server.

Check out this guy blog, Metagamers. He had a video posted before the announcement of the iPhone 5 on cases. Several reviews on cases and stuff

I had unlimited talk and text with 2gb of data for $120/month. I wanted to facetime over data and they asked me to switch to a mobile share plan (I only have one line).

I asked about the rates and they said they have 1GB, 4GB, 10GB, and 16GB of data available. The 1GB with my unlimited talk and text would cost me $100/month and the 4GB would cost me $120/month. So I basically got 2 extra gigs for no extra cost. I barely use 1/2 a gig a month lol

Black was the only color they would even let me select so I assume all the clears were sold out.

Got mine replaced again last night. Top button didn't feel right. This is my 3rd iPhone 5 in one week. I'm on track to beat my previous record of having 6 iPhone 4's.

so my dumbass drunk self dropped my phone and the screen cracked. anyone know when theyre going to be releasing replacement screens for the 5? or if anyone has experience talking to apple about replacing a phone with a broken screen under warrenty. i doubt theyll do it but you never know.

You can't get Applecare + now because they inspect the phones before selling the warranty to you. Just bring it in and say you dropped it. Chances are they'll replace it anyway for free as a "one time thing".

put an order in on the 19th of last month and it hasnt even shipped yet i want it right meow!!

Under warranty, they will replace it for you $199. If you had Applecare, it would be $49.

It's a phone. Lighten up. Even if you get a perfect sample, it will have some fault/scratch in two weeks. Then what?

Just wait for the replacement screens since you don't have applecare...

Replacing the screen is now incredibly easy. They went back to the "top-down" construction on the 5, like the 3g and 3gs, unlike the 4 and 4s where you had to take out the motherboard and all (which I've done over 50 times and it's not fun each and every time).

Screen will probably go for 70-100 bucks and you can look up a tutorial on youtube on how to do it...If you are at all good with small electronics it's an easy 3/10 on scale of difficulty.

Sorry about your phone... But you should have put a case on it man!
