I have an '04 Vert. No BT. Had to buy a ULF module. I think the code is on the module but I'm not 100% positive.

I have an 04 vert i believe it has bluetooth, i opened the trunk and it had a motorola on the back of the box with the bluetooth emblem and it had the passkey on it as well, i push the r/t button and it shows on the navi no phone connected. i have tried numerous times to pair my phone but no luck, do i need the pairing button?

My module looks black, but I have the BT ULF manual in the car and a pass code, so I tried it one more time and had success! I was considering the dealer telling me it was about $1200 to put the BT in, but thanks to the previous owner, I now have it for free! This is wonderful news. Thank you E46fanantics! I can even get rid of the old cradle and put the two center cup holders back in.

Thanks to all posters on this thread, managed to pair iphone4 to 2004 330ci by jumping pins 1 and 17, along with ignition sequence. Ulf fitted, Bluetooth inbuilt, monitor, no nav, no pairing button.
