Yes there is. How do you think they make 500hp n/a Chevy 350s? If everything flows right and has the fuel to back up the extra air then it its totally plausible. Right nite i am working on a m54b30- s52b32 hybrid between the two, because they share the same crank, so basically a dual vanos s52b32 with an aluminum block. I'm going to squeeze as much power as i can na then boost it with a super charger.

^ this guy makes my goal for an aluminum intake manifold seem minuscule.

but of you can make one out of aluminum that would be awesome! Cause i could take molds of it and lay carbon fiber and make it carbon fiber, and i could make different throttle body mounts for different size throttle bodys and bolt sizes. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Bimmer App |

Easy. My old setup plus a good tune. Want more? Add head work. 250whp+. Just expensive.

Dinan long tube intake with velocty stack and, bored throttle body, Evosport pulleys, ATI damper, Technik Gen3 headers, 3 inch exhaust, Schrick 264/248.
I never had a chance to put the Burns merge on and never dynoed the car with the ATI damper and new filter setup. I may have been right at 240whp. Plus, my intake cam was off a tad.... you never know. I really wanted to hit 260whp, and I think it was very possible. There are a few trick around that I wanted to try. They may die with me ![]()

I'm very nearly at 200WHP with my 328i and that's with no head work and no cams. With the cams and a tune for the cams, I think I'll break 210-215WHP (250 crank HP)

Care to explain how? And what's your idea of "nearly" 200whp.

195 WHP - made with: Headers, M54B30 Intake manifold, True Cold air intake, Rogue Power Pullies, and and Epic Motorsports Tune. Next pull will be with a 3 inch exhaust, cams and an updated tune in addition to the aforementioned parts.

Still waiting on dyno from 325ciman although I'm pretty skeptical that he made anything over 250whp with what he listed.

Looking forward to you proving me wrong! I'd like to know more about your build if what you are claiming is in fact true, you said the motor is "toast" so I'm assuming the motor blew?

I'll keep waiting. And for the record, I added 20whp. Stock cams, headers and intake manifold. 175whp+ and waiting (maybe) for headers and intake manifold.
