Great suggestion. Honda reliability. Award wining trans. Lots of fun to drive. Great seats. Trunk is small and the car is small in general, but if you can get over that, it'd be a geat car.

Do you want best or fastest? Entirely different things.

Stock or modded?

03-04 SVT Cobra's are under 20k, good power, 6spd, IRS so it handles decent. The motor can handle 7-800hp before needing built. I actually sold my last coupe for 15,500 with high miles a few years ago.
