P0340 with EU2 software - not in limp mode though
Went to my emissions testing today and failed obviously, but the surprising part was that I had a P0340 showing. Why would that show up if I didn't have any issues.
Does the EU2 recognize the intake camshaft position sensor? Or is this just a fluke? If I popped it and there aren't any driveability issues, shouldn't it reset after a couple of cycles? I make sure to scan it for codes every now and then since there is no MIL at all. Thoughts comments and concerns welcomed. Sent from my DROIDX using Bimmer App

Yes it recognizes it, probably just a fluke. Why did you fail?
