Feeler WTB: A replacement touring sport manual

So, I may have to start my search all over again for an e46 touring sport manual. My snowmobile was involved in an accident today (guy drifted thru a stop sign and pulled right out in front of me). My California baby may be totalled after waiting 6 months to find the right car and spending more than $4k since I bought it (in Feb) to get it to my anal-retentive-level-of-pristine-condition.

Should you have a Southern/Cali e46 sport touring with a manual tranny, I (like everyone else), would like your contact information. Should my snowmobile get totalled, I would be willing to fly across the country and pay cash for the right car. No trades or really high miles, please.

Also, may consider a pristine automatic (southern/CA car, sport, luxury, cold weather, records, minimal owners) for the right price....
