I am interested in exploring a trade for my tastefully modded 2004 Jaguar XJR (Supercharged) in exchange for your e46 M3 of equal pedigree, plus cash either way depending on the circumstances. I am located in the D.C./NOVA area.

Pics and details are below...

I am looking for a well maintained and documented e46 M3 with SMG. I would prefer a coupe in steel grey or silver grey, but am flexible depending on condition and appearance. Please pm or post with any questions or requests.

2004 Jaguar XJR

Miles: 48,394 (not a daily driver)

Engine: 4.2L V8 with supercharger producing 390 HP & 399 lb-ft of torque

Color: Onyx White Exterior/Tan Interior

Condition: Excellent both inside and out; garaged kept; serviced exclsuively at dealership (Tysons Corner Jag) with all receipts during my ownship; maintained by an enthusiast/car nut; spotless Carfax

Options: NAV; heated front & rear seats, steering wheel, and side mirrors; auto folding side mirrors; Brembo Big Brake Kit (OEM); Xenons; rear sunshade; rear PDCs; wood/leather steering wheel; 19" OEM sport wheels with 80-90% tread on tires (255/35/19); 6 CD changer and in-dash single CD; every option available for model year except for front PDCs and back seat entertainment system

Mods: Mina Gallery trunk spoiler and stainless steel lower front grille (both professionally installed); 20% tint all the around with no tint on front windshield (really accents the car and compliments the white paint); sand/tan tailored made sheepskin covers ($600) from Sheepskin Express with the velcro sides to safely accomodate the side air bags in the two front seats
