Up close the brightness isn't an issue and they look clean, I haven't taken a good look at them from a distance yet to see if they look 'thicker' being too bright, but I also haven't hooked up the night controller yet either. They are definitely more of a blue than my xenons, especially after the xenons have warmed up for a few seconds. I think the color makes them look more rice than the brightness, but they don't look bad. Since the V4 doesn't come in any other color yet I'll stick with these and maybe change my bulbs to match. I couldn't find any pics with the orion v2 4300k with stock xenons turned on, that would be a good combo to see. My first pic shows the contrast in color accurately and that is what it looks like in person, less noticeable at night though or when viewed directly from the front.

I'd say they are quality and I'm overall pretty satisfied with them, really comes down to the color preference to me, a true white would have been nicer I think.

"yellow" was the original 2001 E39. Everything else since has moved towards a pure white.

Are there any angel eyes out there for the 2004 e46 coupe that are not full circles?

I think the coupe full circle angel eyes look terrible

For those that want to change the look, some of our customers have blacked out the rings so as to create a different effect.

Umnitza,

I'm getting ready to purchase this week. Interested in Orion V2. I'm between 6000K and 4300K. I want the 4300K because I'll be leaving my amber corners and side markers, and I'm a big fan of the OEM look. Worried how the 4300K will look with my xenons though as they are closer to 6000K I think??? Your website says the stock Xenon is 4300K, but on all of these pictures it looks more yellow than I would like. Long story short, which ones match my Xenons. Website says 4300K but pictures don't look like they match...?!

Standard OE Xenons are 4300K, they eventually migrate up to 5000 and onto 6000K as their lifespan/usage goes up.

Your BEST bet is 6000K for matching.
