Took everything apart and noticed it was missing the all-so-important washers between the top spring perch and top hat. Without them the bearing in the top hat wasn't making contact with the upper perch causing the spring to bind and turn every time the wheel was turned. Now with everything in place the top hat turns freely on the coilover when fully assembled and no more noise. We had the new kid working on this, just goes to show you that if you want it done right you gotta do it yourself. Hope that helps you guys with the spring noise.

Any sound clips or video helps us since we are not actually there with the car. We have tried to recreate the noise but no luck

Hey Kris, yeah I'm good to go. The spring spring noise that we experienced came from an improper install. Now that we have the washers in noise is completely gone. Ride height in front is all the way down and the back is about 75% down. So far the ride is ok, a little on the stiff side. The car previously had H&R 29484 springs on Koni STR struts and the ride is comparable. I will post up a full review after we get some miles on this thing but so far so good. Thanks again for the support.

*** A little update *** I've been so impressed by the level of support I have received with this kit, and how well they have been working with me to get my problem resolved. I would have no problem ordering this kit again

For the people with spring noise. Please use the factory washer. It goes between the upper spring seat and the top mount. This should fix the issue.

What clamp are you taking about? Just curious

Since this is a review thread I won't make another one. I agree with what op said. These coilovers are great. I'm riding on 19x8.5 235/35/19 fronts and 19x9.5 265/30/19 rears. M3 offsets 35et all around

For such thin tires I can't complain about the ride quality at all. Anyone who purchases coilovers should expect a harsher ride and these aren't even that bad. Well see how those cope in the winter time though.

Why dont these coilovers go very low? From what i see there isnt much adjustability as far is ride height is concerned?

Im guessing they dont want people to "over-low" or slam and then complain abt ride quality being sucky
