Flywheel noise after fuel filter install?

Just did the fuel filter on my 04 ZHP. After installing it, I put the key in and to just before starting like 5 times to let the fuel system prime. After starting it, it was slightly rough and then when I let the clutch out it was knocking/chattering like flywheel noise (similar to the noise the ZHP makes when you turn the car off with the clutch engaged). Probably just flywheel chatter due to it trying to come to a 'true' idle and build up fuel pressure again? Anyway, it went away after about 7 seconds or so and the car drives fine and isn't leaking fuel. I didn't get any EML or lights etc so I assume it was nothing to worry about.

The car runs perfectly now and with no noise.
