That's almost identical to the size as my parents house(rooms,bathrooms and lot) except there's is 4,500sqft

I am curious though how Cupertino is your area if you live in Fremont. They aren't even adjacent - there's a freaking bay in between them. OP didn't say "post about the most expensive area vaguely within driving distance". Maybe stick to the same county at least?
