camber plates

Which camber plates allow for the most adjustment? The cosmos camber plates say the allow for -3 and +4 change, which is a lot more range than the spc ones i currently have.

Input guys

Well the + part is relatively irrelevant for most as you don't want positive camber, you want negative camber. The Vorshlag camber plates allow you to go -3.5 which is nice (they say 0.0 to -3.5).

It depends.

You should not be asking what the camber range is. You should be asking what the usable slot range is. The camber is affected by factors other than just the camber plate. And most camber plates are actually limited by the size of the strut top nut and the edge of the strut tower. Are you really looking for full range or are you looking for max camber? The Vorshlag plates will go from slightly positive to all-available negative considering the strut top nut will contact the tower edge.
