Anybody had D2S bulbs that didn't fit before?

So like the title says, has anybody ever found that some D2S bulbs simply don't fit in their headlight? I purchased a P46 set with FX-R retrofit from Umnitza a few months ago and recently decided to upgrade to some better Osram bulbs from them as well. Got them in, and the bulbs say D2S but they simply don't fit.

Here is a picture of the Philips bulb that came with my headlights on the left, and the Osram on the right. As you can see there is extra plastic on the Osram, which prevents it from fitting in the hole.

Impossible to show you where it's hitting in the housing itself, but I tried.

I realize it should fit. There is literally only one way to put in the bulb...there is no way to put this crap in wrong. Getting so angry
