BMWMercedesparts.com Dropping The Ball

I've placed a couple orders through http://www.bmwmercedespa…. Previously, I would place the order, my card would be charged and within a few days to a week or so, my order would ship and I would subsequently receive it. On 9/17/12 I placed a $300 order for various BMW replacement parts and fluids. On 9/19/12 my credit card was charged via square for the amount listed on my confirmation email. Over a month has passed, and I have not received any shipment or reply to my numerous requests for status updates. I am very frustrated, and no one at Husker has been replying to my emails. I don't consider myself one of those 'nightmare' customers who complains given any opportunity to do so, instead, I just want my order to ship or my card to be refunded so I can place the order with someone else. I ordered my parts on 9/17 with the intent of getting the work done over the next month or so. Here I am 4 weeks later with no parts. I can't say I will ever be ordering from these guys again. Instead, I prefer the service from places like http://getBMWparts.com, http://eBMWparts.com and http://BMWpartssource.com. Obviously this dealership does not have their act together.

I'm not the only one. At least two other fanatics have had issues with this company (you can find their posts on this forum) along with a few more people on yelp.
