New 00 323i 5 speed upgrades

what are some upgrades i could start out with like good exhaust and headers

first thing I would do is maintenance ! make sure everything is 100% running order before you start messing around remember it IS a 12 year old car. Then look at the basic stuff intake / exhaust / headers.

You can find some of these upgrades off of the 330 or 335 models that allow better airflow and increase horsepower torque and gas mileage. The only reason they made the 323 was so they wouldn't have to charge as much as other luxury cars. Most of these upgrades include computer chips exhaust and intake.
