Tire rubbing question

I did a search but didn't help at all. My rear set up was 19x9.5 +39 with 245/35/19 tires. My fender was shaved. I dropped on coilover but don't slam all the way down. In normal driving condition, I have no problem, but when I drive by some kinda wavy road, i notice the tire was rubbed in the back. Any suggestion? Thank you for your information.

Would you be able to take a picture of where the rubbing occurs? If it's by the sidewalls, then you might need to pull/flare or adjust the camber. If it's rubbing on the top of your wheel well, then you'd need to stiffen your coils a bit.

But quite honestly if its just very minor (especially if you're into the whole stance phenom), "you ain't ballin, if you're not rubbin."

maybe 30 series tires in the rear would help?

Some more fender rolling and shaving may be required since the offset is aggressive for Sedan.

What tire manufacturer are you running? If you are open to swapping tires, Toyo T1R's or Falken FK452's offer great side wall characteristics and will yield you the most optimal clearance compared to other brands.

I have 19x9.5 +40 and shaved fenders on my coupe and it is a close fit. You have a sedan with virtually identical wheel offset and smaller fenderwells. You will need to dial in some camber or shave the fenders more or pull them.

I found out that it was rubbed on top of my wheel well. You guys think that some negative camber will help? Thank you

Negative camber should help out.
Im running 19x10 et38 with 245/30/19 YOK S-Drives(pretty much same height as my stock 255/35/18) my fenders are barely rolled and I only rub on big dips or if I turn really hard. I'm going to roll them completly flat so I can lower it some more and maybe add a 5mm spacer.

i am running a 19x9.5 40 et in the rear on a 265/30/19 with cut fenders on UUC suspension and I rub in the same area and am lower than you. You can stiffen the suspension and adjust the camber, even run a 30 tire instead of 35 and it might solve the problem.

How about I put a 19x8.5 with 235/35/19 will be good?

Depends what offset my zhp comes with 18x8.5 with 255/35/18 no problems but offset is what makes the difference. Right now I'm running a 19x10 +38 245/30/19 and the fenders are slightly rolled and it rubs still. On the front um running a 19x8.5 +40 with a 6mm spacer so +34 with a 215/35/19 and with the front slammed I still have too much room between the tire and fender probably going to pick up a 15mm spacer to replace the 6mm.

19x8.5 +40 with a 235/35/19 is perfectly fine. No fender rolling will be required.
