Wide body coming soon!!!

Picking it up friday! nice I made the mouth bigger on my bumper to get that air flow!!

Turned out pretty nice, I hope the sideskirts have been tied in well though.

Its done! It just needs to be painted. Im taking it to my friend who is second to none at laying paint down. My friend just asked me, "how many inches did you widen the rear?" He didnt think they chnged it all that much. Ity funny cause by looking at it you wouldnt think it was that much but it was! Alot wider. Its just the way the way they made it look. I wanted that more stock look and thats in my opinion as close as you can get it. The bracket on my exahust broke on my way to L.A., so I will fix it when I get it home.

What was the cost of the body work?

I think you are missing the point about the "cheap" fiberglass comments. If you are paying a premium to get wider fenders, and yet the shop is using generic universal widebody flares. Then are you getting your monies worth? If your only spending 2k, then it's probably worth it. Any more than that and your probably getting ripped off.

At the end of the day, as long as you are happy that is all that matters. So don't get all worked up.

First I dont like people to talk to me like I dont know what im talking about. First I had a choice to go with metal or fiberglass, now wheather they mold the fiberglass or universal flares they still have to get the fiberglass on the metal, so its not like ur throwing a hole quarter panel made of fiberglass, correct? So if you didnt read earlier I posted where the shop didnt want me to show how they do their fiberglass work then its cool. I can tell buy the cars they have in their shop that their not a cheap ass mickey mouse shop. You cant tell buy the work they did? Oh and im not worked up.

I like the rear look and side look...front end dunno if it's my thing but I'll hold judgement till paint. The exhaust...well can't wait to see the finished product.

Thanks, actually I like the front more than the rear so that's good to hear. Haha

Man those rear quarters are perfect! the fronts look kinda funny but no detailed pics of those. Btw i think you should do a custom diffuser or something at the back to compliment the wide body.

I was thinking the same thing but I don't want to do too much. But I might think of something.

You should do something custom but obviously blend it to look really clean, it would set the rear of the car!

Yea that sounds cool but I'm trying to keep it as stock as possible brotha.

IMO those rear fenders turned out ****ing perfect! Doesn't take away from the natural beauty of the e46 m3, in fact seems to enhance it. Definitely excited to see the finished product!

Damn they just sent me a pic and the image I had in my head of how I wanted it to look came to life this morning. Look at how that mouth in the front bumper makes it look like its breathing. Its not even painted and im already satisfied. Way aggresive and I like it. Hope you guys do too.
