Confused with NAV TV monitor!?

Good day everyone!

I just bought a 320d 1999 sedan with the smaller screen tv monitor like in this pic:

Now, the thing that confuses me is that I got the CD Navigation system in my trunk which is like this one:

...but in the menu on my monitor there is no option for a GPS navigation:

Can someone help me out with this? Is it that my monitor does not support GPS navigation or am I missing something?

Is there a disc in the optical drive in the trunk?

I don't know. I pressed the eject button but nothing happens, and I tried to put a cd in but I can't.

Is that a MK1? The folks over at xoutpost.com will probably be the best help if no one here knows the answer. That's where all the navigation gurus are.

It's either MKI or MKII...they both have the same cd system. I'll try xoutpost.com and see if I have any luck over there. Thank you.
