Billet Turbo Drag Boxed Pistons machined to perfection, weight matched with Swedish quality Uddeholm orvar supreme H13 tool steel pins.

Forged Cross H Beam Reinforced Drag Rods with Swedish quality Uddeholm orvar supreme H13 tool steel bolts equal to 245Ksi like ARP L19´s.

So all parts have arrived, once we had it the engine was done in 3 days!!

DP billet pistons - Turbo drag boxed/bridged design
DP drag rods w/high tq bolts similar to L19 - Cross H-beam Reinforced Drag

Weight matched and meassured into block and induvidual honing for exact spec.

Engine block is bored/honed and resurfaced to perfection.

NEW OEM gaskets is used everywhere incl OEM steel head gasket..

Coated main and rod bearings from VAC Motorsport.

Main ARP bolts and L19 headbolts from Horsepowerfreaks

OEM flywheel with SACHS heavy duty clutch kit.

Engine is assambled and finished within 72hrs!

The NEW Novi 1500SL supercharger is also in place, capable of 825hp

Engine is taken place in car as i write and dyno session is booked, more info will come! -Update - Its started and runs perfect

Only thing missing now is the Snow Performance Stage 2 Meth kit!

i saw you have a 5 bar FPR along with upgraded fuel pump.....

it was my understanding that the stock m3 fuel pump was good for 5 bar... why the upgrade? just in case?

Hi!

You need to add boost into the calculations, if we have 0,8bar of boost its 5bar+0,8bar, almost 6bar tot.

Pressure and flow is 2 diffrent things as well, and the stock fuel pump doesnt like to support fuel for 600+ crank horsepower.

I agree with you on the stock fuel pump! What do you think about the factory sized feed lines? Do you think they are adequate?

For our stage 1 & 2 they are doing the job, im pretty sure we will see a diffrent story when maxing out our Stage 3 capable of ++600whp.

We could or should have changed lines allready but we wanted the stage 3 uprunning fast before the end of this season, so its still in the testing phase for us.

New intercooler is coming on the car, this has also 3" piping and a 4" thick core, will support a 1000hp.

Tonight we will add a second Bosch Motorsport fuelpump and wire up the Snow Performance meth kit.

Your support plate and Novi supercharger both look MASSIVE. I am really impressed what you are doing with super charging the BMW M3.
I have never been a fan of supercharging our cars until I see what you guys are doing. I see so many plates FLEX on USA builds. If you tug on the compressor and it moves even a small amount, then the belt will not wear correctly and is more prone to slipping. It looks like your units dont move a fraction of a millimeter. How thick ARE your plates?

You Swedes do NOT mess around. LOL. I really like all the strength you put into these builds, especially your Stage 3. I cant wait to see what it will do.

What kind of costs are we looking at for shipping these pistons and rods all balanced and ready to go to Canada, looking to build my S54 in the next couple months.

Nice, can these pistons also be teflon coated for use with nitrous, I guess the ring lands are the weak link when spraying with the stock piston.

The coating would be done via 3rd party.

I would say the skirts are the weak link due to the force when boosting stock engine.

Coating can be done, DP are looking into the best option but still not offered in house.
